Parent Workshop and Coffee Morning programme Autumn 2023
Attached is the programme of parent workshops and coffee mornings we have planned this term as a result of your feedback and suggestions.
Mapledown School is very committed to improving the way in which we work with parents to enable our pupils to learn. We organise monthly workshops for parents so we can share approaches and strategies we find useful in school. We also arrange for outside speakers to come into school to address any concerns raised regarding current issues and changes which relate to young people with disabilities.
Workshops normally take place from 10.00am -11.30am. More information will be sent about each workshop nearer the date. All workshops will take place at our main site, Claremont Road, Cricklewood, London NW2 1TR
We are also going to hold monthly “drop- in” coffee mornings this term which will be facilitated by our Head Teacher, Sandra Chaaya, or another member of the Leadership Team. This will be an opportunity for you to meet other parents and have a chat, share experiences and ideas about how the school can support you.
