These meetings are preceded by three Sub-Committees which meet around two weeks prior to the full GB.  The three sub-committees are:

Finance, Staffing and Pay Committee

School Improvement Committee

Health, Safety and Premises Committee.

Each Committee submits its Minutes to the full GB for discussion.

The Governing Body Leadership Team meets three times a year and acts as a 'Cabinet' to the full governing body. The Governing Body Leadership Team comprises of the chair, vice-chair, clerk and Headteacher.

The Governing body also holds three development meetings per year. These meetings provide the governors with the opportunity to explore key topics of interest.
