Job opportunity at Mapledown School

We are looking for a friendly, experienced, professional person to join our busy School Office Administration team to provide Maternity Cover.  If you are a good team player and also able to work independently, please get in touch.


Main purpose of the job: To be a proactive member of the Front Office Team to ensure the provision of a secure, welcoming, efficient and effective service to the school.  Reporting to and working under the direction of the School Office Manager to carry out a range of office/administration duties and help the school deliver an excellent service.


Salary Grade F (under Barnet’s Unified Reward T&C pro-rated to £26,052 to £28,992)


Part time Post 32.5 Hours per week – 8.30am until 3.30pm. (40 weeks /year term time.) One year maternity cover.

A good standard of spoken and written English is required along with basic numeracy skills and competency with current office software.
