Following Monday's announcement, and the start of a new National lockdown, I regret to say that Mapledown School will only be open to children of critical workers and our most vulnerable children from Tuesday 12th January. Places for vulnerable children are being allocated following consultation with SEN teams, senior leaders, teachers, social care teams, health care professionals and Governors. Remote learning will continue to be in place for all children remaining at home. Your child's teacher will keep in touch. We will keep this under review on a weekly basis.
