School Improvement 2018-2019
Continue to lead and innovate so that the school is recognised as ‘outstanding’. Work with the new Cricklewood Regeneration Partners (Argent-Related Brent Cross South) to design our new school. To introduce formal annual Appraisals for all non-teaching staff from September (Unified Rewards). Write a new Code of Conduct for all staff Make sure the school is GDPR compliant by May 2018 With the planned retirement of the Headteacher in summer 2019 we need to recruit a new Headteacher in the autumn term. The new Head and Leadership Team will review the leadership structure and division of responsibilities across the school.
1. Track the Rochford Report Pilots to ensure that we stay abreast of any new arrangements for improving assessment and target setting for SEN pupils. Meanwhile we will maintain our existing systems for assessing, target setting, monitoring, evaluating, analysing and reporting on Pupil Progress.

Achieve the Healthy School Gold Award. (July 2019) Re-accredit for the International Schools Award (Sept 2019)
1. Work with the ‘Friends of Mapledown’ to identify and gain funds for additional resources. This year’s big project is to upgrade the Soft Play Cabin.
To continue to promote work-life balance and staff wellbeing. Support ‘growth from within’ and promote internal talent
